This is for the client that is looking to gain a deeper understanding of their body and how their movement patterns impact core and pelvic floor function. The 55-minute session includes a detailed postural, breath, and movement assessment. We review current movement habits and fitness goals. You will receive a detailed program with corrective exercises to practice at your convenience.

I am an RYC® Pro Certified Teacher and offer online RYC® Assessments. If you are feeling stuck in RYC®, questioning if you are “doing it right”, or having trouble identifying your compensation patterns – then an Assessment is for you. Rather than being an RYC® class, this offering will provide the answers you need to ensure the time spent on your mat is as efficient and effective as possible.
